Quilts are always fun ...
especially unplanned ones! Every time I use a "quilt worthy" fabric I cut small leftover project pieces into squares and save them.
This week - of continuous rain - I kept my personal world bright by creating a babies quilt out of sunny FISH printed fabric squares.
Next I will create a "mother's tote" decorated somehow with the few squares that are still left. Somehow at the end of every project there is always a small amount of fabric remaining that leads to the next creation ...
